CHARMERS Playing Cards. A delightfully magical deck

After an inspiring career full of success based on effort and dedication,  Lotrek (OATH Playing Cards)  has become one of the most acclaimed card designers for his good work and his superb creations. His decks are always linked to the concept of elegance, good materials and innovation. He presents now a collaboration with the American magician Kellar O’Neil: CHARMERS.

It does not cost any effort to connect these decks with their creator since each and every one of the decorative elements recalls Lotrek’s style. Once again, the elaborate designs are wisely combined with a luxurious finish inspired by the Victorian Era and a vintage twist.

The use of cold foil blended with metallic inks make this deck really special. This luxurious presentation does not detract from the usability of the deck for magic routines or playing. Thus, the court cards have been customized following a traditional scheme to make them perfectly recognizable.

The back, also with cold foil and metallic inks, offers a symmetrical composition full of symbols, initials and organic forms.

The tuck case will be developed and supervised by Lotrek himself in his facilities in Greece, a guarantee of quality and design. A deep embossing and a gold foil will do the rest.

Two versions of the deck are offered, with different tuck case and back colors in green and purple. Cards will be printed by Cartamundi in their B9 Slimline stock.

In addition, as a gift for those backers with 12 or more decks, Lotrek will also print a limited edition of 250 units, of the red Charmer, numbered and signed by hand, and using the new varnish Maestro v2 that improves the previous finish.

The campaign is already funded so this lovely deck can be yours if you visit the project website and raise your pledge.

Good luck!

I'm Max, a collector and passionate about playing cards. Since 2012 I try to spread this passion to everyone who goes through Max Playing Cards. In my articles I do not just talk about cards, as I try to look for the stories and the human beings behind them.

I would like to complete my collection of Bicycle decks some day, but now I know that is impossible ...
