Penguin Magic‘s casual style often appears in some of their new releases in the world of custom playing cards. They have just launched a direct production: BICYCLE ROBOTS.
The Bicycle Robots deck is simple and fun, completely customized and inspired by a technological future in which the world of robotics is reinterpreted with a more traditional style with a childish touch.
Almost monochromatic, the predominant pastel blue tones in all the designs give some prominence to the red color only in diamonds and hearts. The friendly characters decorate the court cards and jokers.
The aces and numbered cards have very clean designs that make them easy to identify despite being completely customized in indexes and pips. That also helps to make the deck perfect for a special touch in any magic routine.
The back shows a fun symmetrical composition of robots and metal parts.
The Bicycle branded deck has been printed by the USPCC on its classic stock and Magic finish using vegetable-based inks and starch-based laminates on FSC certified paper sourced from sustainable forests. The deck also includes 2 gaffed cards for magical effects.
In addition to the 2500 print run of the standard edition, an ultra limited print run of 300 silver gilded decks will be made.
