ENTWINED: FALL Playing Cards. The dance of nature when the leaves fall
After achieving a huge success in the first volume dedicated to summer, now they launch the second one: ENTWINED: FALL.
The charming Old Gravity team of Ritu and Bivas are back again with a production characterized by its delicacy and its colorful harmonies. The illustrations, completely hand-drawn with advanced digital techniques, are extremely beautiful and arise from an inspiration that combines dance and nature. The aesthetic traps the viewer in a symphony of artistic freedom.
In this second volume they make their own interpretation of Fall, with beautiful drawings on the court cards that show the fusion between man and nature through dance. Animals and characters from a dreamlike inspiration materialize in yellow and reddish tones, typical of the autumn season represented by this edition.
The large aces play with natural forms of leaves that also infect the symbols of the suits.
Even the jokers want to demonstrate their artistic skills by dancing on a stage of falling leaves.
The numbered cards are delicate and original. The pips are revealed according to their number like leaves on the branches of a tree.
The back is a variation of the first deck’s and shows an elegant swan in a richly decorated symmetrical composition. Its beauty stands out even more thanks to the use of a shiny foil.
The tuck case is a work of goldsmithing, with embossing and double foil. A ballerina adorns the back surrounded by vine branches.
Two color variations have been created for this edition: Fall Gold and Fall Rose. Both will share designs but will have different foil colors on the back and on the tuck case.
Additionally, an amazing collector’s case has been created that will include both decks and a commemorative coin in a luxurious fully ornamented box.
This is the second of the editions of the Entwined series that will travel through the four seasons of the year showing their own personality. Together, all the tuck cases will form a beautiful composition of the tree of life, a universal symbol present in all kinds of religions and philosophies.
Apart from all the amazing extras like the embossing or the foil in tuck and backs, some stretch goals will be unlocked such as custom seals, inner foil design and other surprises.
The decks will be printed by Noir Arts (NPCC), experts in high quality printing with absolutely incredible finishes.
