MAGNUM FORCE Playing Cards. The strength and color of the 80’s cartoons

Forge Arts is a subsidiary of RarePlayingCards.com, based in the United States that produces high quality playing cards in collaboration with artists from all over the world. After his success with GAIA, they have launched a deck that is much more than a deck: MAGNUM FORCE.

Everyone will enjoy these cards but much more those who have grown or are fans of the 80’s Japanese cartoon. The illustrator Basil Murad (BLOOD+CHROME) pays homage to the aesthetics of eighties with heroes and villains of strong nature created with firm strokes and very bright colors that seem to want to leave the cards to start the next battle.

The characters tell their own story through their origin, their age or their abilities. In addition, all of them are grouped into four factions, each one illustrating a different suit: the enigmatic V.I.P.E.R. Squad in the hearts, the monstrous creatures of Beast Corps in the spades, the brave survivors of Diamond All Star in the diamonds and the apocalyptic criminals of Omega Syndicate in the clubs. Just observing the cards you will feel the need to know more and more about their stories and their adventures and combats.

The deck, fully customized and full of details will be printed by the USPCC in a limited edition with a striking and colorful embossed tuck case.

If you like it, hurry up since there are only two days of campaign left. Visit the prohject website and raise your pledge.

Good luck!

About the Author

I'm Max, a collector and passionate about playing cards. Since 2012 I try to spread this passion to everyone who goes through Max Playing Cards. In my articles I do not just talk about cards, as I try to look for the stories and the human beings behind them.

I would like to complete my collection of Bicycle decks some day, but now I know that is impossible ...
